Proceeds from this year's event will be donated to;
- Legal Action of Wisconsin Inc.’s Southeast Asian Advocate Project provides free legal advice and representation to low-income families within the Oshkosh area. It works to provide the basic necessities of life, including health care and food, and assists in domestic violence cases. The project provides Southeast Asian language and culture-specific civil legal services.
- The Roseanne Hoefel Multicultural Fund

The Native American Pow Wow held at the University Of Wisconsin Oshkosh
Rainbow Alliance for HOPE:
The gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, ally student organization exists to provide educational support for the University as well as the local community. It also serves as a social support for GLBT students and their allies. It strives to attain this through weekly meetings, social functions, and sponsorship of speakers and events. The Run for Diversity's contribution to the Rainbow Alliance for HOPE helped students to attend an undergraduate conference on issues pertaining to GLBT students.
Women's Advocacy Council:
This student group is a resorce to educate students about issues that have an impact on women. The group brings speakers and events to campus that increase awareness of gender issues. It also serves as an advocate for women on campus and in the community. The funds contributed to the group helped bring additional speakers to campus.
Student Council for Exceptional Children:
This professional service organization provides special education majors with an opportunity to participate in a variety of activities which integrate individuals with disabilities into the community. These activities benefit both special ed majors and people with disabilities. Member activities include planning recreational activities with local group homes, coaching Special Olympics, and hosting speakers related to current issues for people with disabilities. This group donated the Run's contribution to the Mary Drecktrah Scholarship fund. This scholarship provides financial support to special education majors as they pursue their degree.
