Roseanne Hoefel is remembered as an “artist in the classroom” who specialized in educating students about issues of diversity. During her career at UW Oshkosh, she was instrumental in creating college programs focused on diversity as well as inspiring others with her vision of combating prejudice. Tragically, she died in May 2001. As a tribute, the Roseanne Hoefel Multicultural Endowment Fund was established in her name.

Prizes to be awarded for the top female and male finishers in run, walk, and roll categories. An award ceremony will be held immediately after the race.

Rules & Safety Requests: No bicycles, roller blades, skates, skateboards, or pets. Obey race officials. Areas of the course may not be closed to vehicular traffic, so caution is warranted at all times. Yield to emergency vehicles. Running strollers are allowed in the run, but should start behind all runners. A sincere thanks to the Oshkosh Police Department for helping to ensure runners’ safety.

Refreshments will be available following the race.
